    The course aims to introduce participants with the concept of organizational strategy and its purpose. It will teach participants how to develop a strategic plan and be able to select a strategic direction from analysis of alternative strategic options. Further, student also learn how to implement the strategy and evaluate the strategic plan against the success indicators developed.
