  • Profile Evaluation System® (PES)
    The system identifies strengths and areas for development so that companies can make sound employment, retention, assignment, training, and promotion decisions. To help with this, the PES features 16 job-related characteristics and includes two validity scales. Based on the knowledge that strengths in some dimensions can compensate for challenges in others, the system assesses over 100 possible combinations or correlations of personality traits and mental aptitudes.

    The PES allows organizations to:

    LMI Certified Facilitator
    Araksia Martirossian is a founding Director of IAB International Academy of Business. She is a serial entrepreneur, professional trainer, master mentor, motivational speaker and Business Coach. Her special interests are professional education and skills development; women economic empowerment and confidence building; executive coaching and SME business growth. Araksya is coming with a 20 plus years of solid management and leadership background.
  • Margarita Kantina
    LMI Certified Facilitator in Russian
    Margarita is a business coach and facilitator. She has been the director of Leadership Management Russia for 7 years.

    She is a practicing ICF coach. She implements programs on leadership development, management effectiveness, team building and motivation.
  • Sona Koshetsyan
    LMI Certified Facilitator in Armenian
    Sona Koshetsyan is an education manager. She currently works at Ayb School as the Project-Based Learning Program Manager and is the Community Leader for 301: The Land of Wisdom Foundation.
    She was previously the Executive Director of Ayb Educational Foundation, as well as the Executive Director of Dilijan Central School.
